Lindsey is opening River Street Market is a startup market and deli located in Enterprise, Oregon, that aims to address the limited availability of high-quality, convenient food options in the area.
Food has been my life’s passion for as long as I can remember. My journey began at 16, when I started my first restaurant job, balancing massive trays of steaming crawfish and catfish filets.
River Street Market (…and deli) will be a space dedicated to quality, flavorful, and convenient food and wine. Lindsey aims to make food approachable and enjoyable, removing any pretension. She hopes to positively impact her community by empowering others to create meaningful meals and experience the joy that food has brought to her life. Lindsey brings over 25 years of diverse experience in food service, retail, and management. Her husband, a renowned chef and butcher, will contribute his expertise. They plan to offer a diverse selection of globally-inspired lunch items, carefully curated meats and cheeses, pantry goods, wine, and housewares.
